Insolvency

We draw up, extend and renew employment contracts, and notify the relevant authorities. We analyse each situation to propose the most appropriate type of contract, taking into account the different options available, as well as any applicable subsidies and allowances. We also monitor contract expiry dates, giving sufficient advance notice.
Payroll
Payrolls are prepared in accordance with the client’s instructions and in compliance with applicable labour and sector-specific regulations, ensuring their correct preparation and legal compliance.
Extinctions
In the event of employee resignations, we calculate and prepare the corresponding settlements and severance payments, ensuring correct application of current regulations.
Social Security
We comprehensively manage relations with Social Security, including the preparation and processing of contribution bulletins, as well as employee registrations, deregistrations and data changes. Quarterly income tax returns and annual tax returns are prepared and filed, as well as withholding certificates and data reports to the payer, ensuring compliance with the employer’s tax obligations.
Inspection
Assistance and defence are provided in proceedings brought by the Labour Inspectorate, including responding to requests and filing appeals. Representation is also offered in conciliation proceedings before the relevant Arbitration Tribunal and in dismissal proceedings.
